Dear InternetNZ committee,

I write to make a submission on your IDN Implementation.

I believe that the proposed implementation of 5 macronised vowels does not open this aspect of domain name addresses up enough. It should be that any and all symbols in any language should be usable. I do not believe that this is technically unachievable.

I request that symbols such as ® and © etc also be included as these are in public use and would beneficial to users.
