2LD Policy Review - Process Section Submission

Dear Sir/madam, a submission is enclosed.

Rationale: 

1) Community members need enough time to be able to process information coming 
   to them though the increased number of communication channels and to 
   selectively respond. 

2) The short notice periods disadvantage interested parties who might have not 
   been involved in the preliminary considerations regarding a proposal but are
   nevertheless affected and need 

Point B2.4: in my opinion 15 working days is a very short period for submissions, 
suggested to increase to 25 working days.

Point B3.2:  suggested to increase the minimum of 5 working days to 10 working 
days.
