I would like to add my support for the proposed change. I was a bit worried 
how Karaitiana would determine ownership, but he has assured me that a 
letter from the Tribal authority would be adequate. I also understand that 
this has been extensively debated by Maori, and as they are the users, I 
feel they should be supported.
