Application for a new 2LD - parliament.nz Submission

I think that "parliament.nz" should not be approved as a new 2LD. 

The reason why I hold this opinion is that there already exists a 2LD 
for government related websites - "govt.nz"; and anything to do with 
the business of the NZ parliament/House of Representatives rightly 
falls as a sub-domain within the purview of "govt.nz" - perhaps like 
"parliament.govt.nz".
