Application for a new 2LD - parliament.nz Submission

I would like to raise my objection to this 2LD application. 

I fail to see how the general public will recognise the distinction between 
executive and non-executive government departments or agencies by creating 
a new 2LD "parliament.nz". 

This would only seem to serve the purpose of indicating that an organisation 
or agency is connected to parliament, the dictionary definition of which is 
"A national representative body having supreme legislative powers within the 
state." which would imply an executive function to a layman like myself. 

Please use your powers of veto accordingly.
