The Domain Commission (DNC) can offer advice and field complaints regarding issues over registrations of .nz domain names, such as;
Our role is to manage and administer the .nz domain name space. Our mandate is limited to issues directly relating to .nz domain name registrations. This mandate does not extend to the actual content of the websites that are associated with any .nz domain name.
The DNC does not have the jurisdiction to handle complaints relating to:
We will not get involved in any issue relating to the use of a website, nor will it get involved with website hosting related issues, nor do we have a mandate to make judgement calls over what is objectionable website content.
