For the 12 month period, October 2008 - end of September 2009, there have been a total of 61 valid complaints

• 46 deemed invalid (e.g. involved non .nz domain names, no signed copy received)

Of the 61 valid complaints

• 16 proceeded to an Expert determination
• 15 ordered transferred
• 1 dispute dismissed
• 5 of the 11 disputes that proceeded to mediation were resolved
• 13 disputes settled prior to the appointment of the mediator
• 14 disputes were withdrawn
• The remaining disputes were continuing through the process.
