Submission on .nz Dispute Resolution Service - policy review.

Clause 5.1.3 of the DRS policy refers to "a pattern of registrations" as evidence of an unfair registration.

It does not appear possible to search the domain name register for other registrations of the Respondent.

Is it possible to provide a service that identifies all the domain names registered by a party? Please consider this if appropriate to the policy review.

I am a lawyer and have had to advise a number of client's on .nz disputes.
