Holiday period 2025/26 — office close dates
We will be closed for the Christmas and New Year period, but our chatbot, Dot, will be online 24/7 to answer any general enquiries.
Our office will close on Wednesday, 24 December, and we will reopen on Monday, 5 January 2026.

If you have an urgent complaint or issue, please contact your domain name provider/registrar. You can look up your domain name on the WHOIS to find its details.
Dispute Resolution Scheme
The New Zealand Dispute Resolution Centre (NZDRC), who administer our Dispute Resolution Scheme, will observe the above days.
You can submit a complaint under the Dispute Resolution Scheme, and it will be processed after 5 January 2026.
