This is to help you prepare for e-negotiation/ mediation for either a conflicted domain name or a domain name dispute. We want to ensure that both parties are able to benefit from these processes.
Things to consider for conflicted names disputes:
Have you considered changing your preference for a sum of money? You might want to consider coming to an agreement with the other party to change your preference.
Have you considered paying a sum of money for the other party to change their preference? You might want to consider coming to an agreement with the other party to change their preference.
Have you considered what you will use the conflicted domain name for? It might be that there is another domain name that might better suit your needs. If you were planning on using the domain name for email/ a website, this is also something that you might want to consider.
Things to Consider for Domain Name Disputes:
Have you considered the ongoing cost of the dispute (in terms of time spent, and any advice you are receiving?
Have you considered what the possibilities are if the dispute doesn’t resolve at e-negotiation or mediation?
Have you considered if there is another domain name that might be suitable for your business?
