Customer Service Software Upgrade - 30 November

The Domain Name Commission is deploying some upgrades to the software we use for our customer service function.

This will mean that our responses via email may take a little longer than normal. 

We plan to complete the upgrades on Thursday, 30 November 2023; however, we will respond to enquiries if the upgrades take longer than expected.

Please still contact us via email if you have an enquiry, and we will respond when all the upgrades are complete. 

We are still able to take enquiries by phone during the day.
