DNC holiday period notice

We will be closed for the Christmas and New Year period, but our chatbot, Dot, will be online 24/7 to answer any general enquiries. 

The office will close at midday on Friday, 20 December 2024, and we will reopen on Monday, 6 January 2025.

If you have any enquiries, you can get in touch using our contact form, and we will respond after the holiday break.

You can submit a complaint under the Dispute Resolution Service and this will be processed after 6 January 2025.

If you have an urgent complaint or issue, please contact your domain name provider/registrar. You can look up your domain name on the WHOIS to find their details.
