Struck Off Companies Process

In consultation with Treasury, DNCL has developed a process for updating .nz domain names where the Registrant company has been struck off the New Zealand Companies register.

This process allows the domain name registration to move from the struck off company to a former director or shareholder of the company in question.

The documents linked below outline the approach for .nz domain names and struck off companies in more detail. Also included is the application form for use in the Struck Off Companies process, as well as a checklist to use when completing the application. The form can be printed off and scanned back to the DNCL with the required supporting material.
