Thank you for the opportunity to comment on the .nz WHOIS review, fifth consultation.
I support the plan but would like some clarification around the sections beginning 23.25 "DNCL to enter into MOUs".
In 23.25 it's stated that DNCL may enter into Memorandums of Understanding with entities which DNCL considers to have a legitimate need for access to Withheld Data. In 23.26 it's stated that the terms of all MOUs will be published on DNCL's website. Neither clause requires DNCL to identify the parties who have entered into MOUs.
Please amend one or more of these clauses to state that all parties are identified and the terms of their MOUs are published.
